We will be holding daily clinics to ensure we have enough staff on hand during the clinics to administer flu shots
Mondays: 3pm-5pm
Tuesdays: 1pm-3pm
Wednesdays: 3pm-5pm
Thursdays: 1pm-3pm
Fridays: 1pm-3pm
Save time by filling out both pages of the consent form before you come in.
Please bring your OHIP card.
